The premier national association dedicated to the field of organizing, the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) is The Organizing Authority®. Formed in 1985 as a not-for-profit professional association, NAPO (pronounced NAY-poh) is dedicated to serving its thousands of members through education, networking, industry resources, and promoting the profession to the public. CPO® (Certified Professional Organizer) is a voluntary, industry effort that benefits both the public and members of the organizing profession. Certification recognizes those professionals who have proven through examinations and client interaction to possess the knowledge and experience required for the CPO designation. The program raises industry standards, practices and ethics, and maximizes the value received from the services provided and products recommended. I abide by the board's code of ethics.
